My Swimming Goals
Backstroke: To get faster and move my arms in the correct movement.
I want to keep above the water without sinking.
Freestyle: Improve my breathing and speed, and kick well to stay moving
without slowing down as quickly.
Breaststroke: To improve my arm and leg motion and try to keep my head up
long enough to breathe.
I have fairly good confidence in the water, I can easily do a number of lengths in strokes like freestyle and backstroke.
But I an not that good in the water with breaststroke.
My attitude towards swimming is good, I always want to improve on all my stokes. I am not a really good swimmer, but
I always try my best.
